OGS Solutions IA is a trade name registered with the Quebec Enterprise Registrar (REQ). All commercial activities are conducted by Olivier Guilbault Savor as a sole proprietor.

CASL identification. In accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), OGS AI Solutions is identifiable as the sender of any commercial electronic message it transmits. Each commercial communication includes the contact details above as well as a working unsubscribe mechanism processed within a maximum of 10 business days.

The orchestration infrastructure and conversation logs related to the AI assistant are hosted on OVHcloud Canada Inc., at the Beauharnois data center (Quebec), Canada (https://www.ovhcloud.com).

The complete list of technical sub-processors associated with the site and the AI assistant — including their purpose, the information transmitted, and the country of hosting — is set out in section 6 of our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, source code, database and structure) is the exclusive property of Olivier Guilbault Savor (operating as OGS AI Solutions) or used under license.

Trademarks. The names "OGS Solutions IA" and "OGS AI Solutions," along with the OGS logo (node network), are trade names and unregistered trademarks of Olivier Guilbault Savor. Any use of these distinctive signs without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, of any element of the site, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorization, except for personal and private non-commercial use.
